- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour (or finely ground blanched almonds)

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Cream the softened butter with powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and almond extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and shape into a log, curving into a crescent.
- Place crescents on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the shaped cookies for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 14–16 minutes or until the bottoms are golden.
- Cool slightly, then dust generously with powdered sugar while still warm.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
- For an extra almond flavor, you can increase the almond extract.
- Ensure the butter is truly softened for best mixing results.
