A delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken sausage, orzo pasta, and broccoli.
Ingredients

- 12 oz chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown sausage slices for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes. Pour in broth and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli during the last 3 minutes.
- Return sausage, add lemon juice, Parmesan if using, and mix well. Serve hot.
