Description
Delicious BBQ cheeseburger sliders made with juicy ground beef and topped with sharp cheddar cheese, dill pickles, and barbecue sauce.

- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 6 slider buns
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 6 small patties with an indentation in the center.
- Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F.
- Add cheddar on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking until melted.
- Assemble sliders by spreading barbecue sauce on each bun half, placing a patty on the bottom half, and topping with pickles. Cap with the top bun.
