This creamy chicken spaghetti is a quick and delicious meal perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir cream cheese and chicken broth into the skillet with cooked chicken until melted and creamy.
- Drain the spaghetti (reserve some pasta water) and add it to the skillet. Toss until well coated; add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese.
Notes
- This dish can be topped with additional herbs or spices for more flavor.
