Description
Delicious air fryer burgers made with ground chuck and seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound 80/20 ground chuck beef (or 4 pre-made patties)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Weber Burger Seasoning
- to taste salt and pepper
- 4 slices of cheese (any)
- 4 buns
Instructions
- Season the ground beef with the liquid smoke, Worcestershire, burger seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Form 4 burger patties.
- Place the burgers in the air fryer. Cook two at a time.
- Cook the burgers for 8 minutes at 360 degrees.
- Open the air fryer and flip the burgers. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer to test doneness: 125 degrees for rare, 135 degrees for medium rare, 145 degrees for medium, 155 degrees for medium-well, and 160 degrees for well done.
- Top each burger with a slice of cheese. Cook for an additional two minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve on buns.
