Crunchy and flavorful, these ranch seasoned oyster crackers are perfect for snacking!
Ingredients

- 9 oz. oyster crackers (or 100 crackers)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 package (1-oz.) ranch seasoning (equal to 2 tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and paprika.
- Transfer it to a gallon freezer bag and add the crackers.
- Seal, and gently toss to coat.
- Distribute in an even layer on a ½ sheet pan.
- Bake at 250 for 15 minutes.
- Remove and gently toss to coat.
- Bake for 10 more minutes.
- Let cool (at least slightly) prior to serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, feel free to substitute different seasonings to customize your crackers.
- These crackers can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
