Description

Crunchy and flavorful, these ranch seasoned oyster crackers are perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 oz. oyster crackers (or 100 crackers)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package (1-oz.) ranch seasoning (equal to 2 tablespoons)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250° F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and paprika.
  3. Transfer it to a gallon freezer bag and add the crackers.
  4. Seal, and gently toss to coat.
  5. Distribute in an even layer on a ½ sheet pan.
  6. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and gently toss to coat.
  8. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  9. Let cool (at least slightly) prior to serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, feel free to substitute different seasonings to customize your crackers.
  • These crackers can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
