Description
A delicious spinach artichoke dip served in a hollowed-out sourdough bread bowl, perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, reserving the removed bread for dipping.
- Tear the removed bread into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed bread bowl.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with bread cubes for dipping.
